Live For Purpose, Not For People!

LIVE FOR PURPOSE NOT PEOPLE.
1John 3:8
... For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

You are not called according to his people but according to his purpose.

Even Christ came affecting lives only by living after purpose.

Where His purpose was not accepted, there He could do no mighty works.

‘‘What matters most in life should never be at the mercy of less
important things.’'

I here Him say to me;
"Son when you focus on people you'll lose direction, but when you focus on purpose you'll impact people".

What matters most to you, PEOPLE OR PURPOSE?

Purpose is the reason for people.
People exist for purpose.
Every invention or creation is to fulfil a purpose.
The usefulness of a person or thing is in his or its ability to help or accomplish purpose.

LET PURPOSE, NOT PEOPLE DIRECT YOUR LIFE.

People will turn you to pebbles, purpose will turn you to profit.

If you doubt me, ask Moses.
They'll make you sink under water but purpose will keep you float.

THE WOMAN WITH THE ISSUE OF BLOOD.
* People will point to your issues, purpose will point to your miracles.
* people will make you depressed,
Purpose will make you to press forth.

The truth is, purpose will always win over people.

THE MAN AT THE POOL OF BETHESDA.
* When he lost his purpose for being by the pool, he gave his will to people who left with it when he needed it the most.
* When you lose your sense of purpose, you become bitter with people.

Your true person is discovered in your purpose.
Your purpose is discovered in Gods Word.

Jesus said;
"The words I speak to you, they are spirit and they are life"...

LIFE is the IMPACT and SPIRIT is the ENERGY and behind IMPACT is PURPOSE.

It is the ardent commitment to pursue purpose that makes for impact.

Until you walk in purpose, you've not started living.

PURPOSE SAVES, NOT PEOPLE
2 Timothy 1:9
Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,

THE POWERFULNESS OF PURPOSE.
Purpose is propelled from within us but achieved outside of ourselves.

We are born with an innate desire to contribute to life.
We want to leave our footprints — our unique mark on the world.

We can learn from, but not adopt, the purpose of another person.
We must uncover, discover, and rediscover our own.

OUR LIFE'S PURPOSE IS A CALLING, NOT A BURDEN.
We are not burdened by purpose as a sense of duty or moral obligation.
We care to make a difference because we recognize that it is our reason for being here

Purpose will provide breakthrough when life's inevitable blows of breakdowns emerge.

Purpose can sustain a person where he or she was breaking down.

KEYS TO LIVE A LIFE OF PURPOSE.
1. Discover who you are and be that person.
Be yourself.
- Your greatest strength is found in who you are.

Many people are living a lie of themselves because they do not know who they really are.

Matthew 16:13
When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?

Genesis 32:27
And he said unto him, What is thy name? And he said, Jacob.

Genesis 32:28
And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel:for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.

The angel of The Lord said to Jacob;
" Your power with God and people is in discovering who you really are".
* Who you are, your true identity is your power with God and man.
* How you see yourself determines how you see things.

THREE PERSPECTIVE FOR SELF DISCOVERY.
(a) Your intellect (it’s not just intelligence).
(b) Your inclination – (the way you are naturally inclined to do things).
(c) Your intuition, (the whole of your experience, judgment, biases and emotional selves

2. Define who you will become.
* The most powerful goal you will ever have…is you.
* Determine your purpose for being here. Define the reason for your existence
* Ask the question, What do I want to have done with my life?

It’s not about the life you are living; it’s about creating a life you want to have lived.
